The Company's geographical segments are Australia and USA. The Company focuses on Thomas 119-1H well. The Company has WI in White Hat 21#1, White Hat 20#1, White Hat 20#2 and White Hat 21#2, among others. The Company holds WI in the oil and gas mineral rights of approximately 8,062 gross acres in separate leases, including Mcleod and Arlege. The Company also holds WI in the deep oil and gas rights of approximately 505-acre Cisco Sand oil field located in Coke country, Texas. The Company's subsidiaries include Winchester Energy Limited LLC and Winchester Energy Holding Inc.
