KGL Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company. The principal activity of the Company is the exploration and development of the Jervois multi-metal project in the Northern Territory. Its segments include Jervois Project-Northern Territory, which consists of the operations of Kentor Minerals (NT) Pty Ltd; Bashkol Projects-Kyrgyz Republic, which consists of projects that are in the process of being developed or explored, and Geothermal Energy Project-Solomon Islands, which consists of the Geothermal Energy project being conducted in the Solomon Islands. The Jervois project consists of open pit mining of several deposits followed by underground mining to feed an approximately 2.2 metric tons per annum (Mtpa) flotation plant producing 80,000 to 100,000 tons per annum (tpa) of copper concentrate plus a separate lead/zinc bulk concentrate. Its subsidiaries include Jinka Minerals Ltd, Kentor Minerals (Aust) Pty Ltd, Kentor Minerals (NT) Pty Ltd and Kentor Minerals (WA) Pty Ltd.
