MaxiTRANS Industries Limited is engaged in the design, manufacture, sale, service and repair of transport equipment and related components, and spare parts. The Company operates through two segments: Trailing Solutions, and Parts & Components. The Trailing Solutions segment encompasses trailer Manufacturing, and Retail & Service divisions. The Parts & Components segment encompasses MaxiPARTS and China divisions. The Parts & Components business sells truck and trailer parts at both a wholesale and retail level in Australia. The retail business sells parts to road transport operators, as well as truck and trailer service and repair providers along the eastern seaboard of Australia. The wholesale business operates in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. Its wholesale customers are truck dealers and trailer manufacturers. Its business also includes the panel manufacturing operation in China. MaxiPARTS operates approximately 20 wholesale sites and retail stores.
