Its projects include KM Project, Daltiin Ovor Project, Khongor Copper Gold Project, Primavera Project and Salobo South Copper Project. The Company owns 80% interest in KM Project and Daltiin Ovor Project. It owns 100% interest in Khongor Copper Gold Project, Primavera Project and Salobo South Copper Project. The Company’s subsidiaries include Voyager Exploration Pty Ltd, Voyager Gold LLC, Voyager Investments (Mongolia) Pte Ltd., Voyager Mineral Resources LLC, KM Mining LLC, Brazphos Pty Ltd. and Atlantica Mineracao Ltda.
