The Index comprises the listed property vehicles in Australia and represents diversified exposure to the Australian listed property market. Exposure is diversified geographically across Australia’s population centers and by sector across a range of property types, including industrial, commercial, retail and hotel/tourism. The Fund operates in 1 segment in the business of investment management within Australia. State Street Global Advisors, Australia Services Limited acts as the Fund’s investment manager.
