    Charter Hall Group is a property company. The Company is engaged in managing office, retail and industrial properties through listed property funds, unlisted property funds and partnerships, on behalf of wholesale, institutional and retail investors. Its principal activities are investment in property funds and property funds management. It operates in two segments: property investments and property funds management. The property investment segment consists of investments in property funds. The property funds management segment consists of funds management services, property management services and other property services. The property funds management business provides investment management, asset management, development management, and leasing and transaction services. Its property investments are classified into real estate sectors, including office; industrial, and retail. It owns over 300 commercial properties, including supermarket anchored retail centers, and industrial assets.
