Comet Ridge Limited is an Australia-based company, which focuses on exploration and appraisal for gas resources and reserves in eastern Australia. The Company's segments include Queensland, including Galilee and Bowen; New Zealand South Island, and New South Wales Gunnedah. The Company has tenement interests and a suite of prospective projects in Australia and New Zealand, and an investment in a limited liability company based in the United States. It has interests in four permits in the Bowen and Galilee Basins in Queensland, and three in the Gunnedah Basin in New South Wales, including ATP 743, ATP 744, ATP 1015 Farm-in area, ATP 1191 Mahalo, PEL 6, PEL 427 and PEL 428. It primarily focuses on the Mahalo Gas Project. Its ATP 1191 Mahalo asset is located in the Denison Trough, approximately 240 kilometers west of Gladstone in the southern Bowen Basin and covers an area of 911 square kilometers. The ATP 1191 is located in the Denison Trough in the Bowen Basin in central Queensland.
