Laramide Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company engaged in the exploration and development of uranium assets based in Australia and the United States. The Company has a portfolio of uranium projects, including Westmoreland Project in Australia and over two development-stage assets, including La Sal and La Jara Mesa, in the United States. Within the portfolio, it also has joint ventures in Australia, equity positions and a portfolio of uranium royalties in the Grants Mineral District of New Mexico, the United States. It also has investments in precious metals properties in Canada through its equity stake in Treasury Metals Inc. The Westmoreland Project is located in northwest Queensland, near the Northern Territory border. The La Jara Mesa uranium project is located in the Ambrosia Lake Mining District of the Grants Mineral Belt, over 10 miles northeast of the town of Grants in Cibola County, New Mexico. The La Sal property is located within the mining district in southeastern Utah.
