GDI Property Group Limited is an integrated, internally managed property and funds management company. The Company is engaged in ownership, management, refurbishment, leasing and syndication of office and industrial properties. It operates through two segments: property investment and funds management. The property investment segment is engaged in the investment and management of income producing properties. The funds management segment is engaged in the establishment and management of property investment vehicles. The Company owns a funds business (Funds Business) which, in addition to managing the GDI Property Trust (the Trust), manages unlisted and unregistered managed investment schemes with assets under management (AUM) of approximately $356.1 million. The Trust is engaged in the property investment business and internally manages and owns a portfolio of office properties across Australia, which includes approximately five properties in central business district (CBD) locations.
