Its tenants include government, resources, infrastructure and construction, information technology, media and telecommunications, education and health. Its industrial portfolio includes 70 Distribution Street, 20 Colquhoun Road, 120 Northcorp Boulevard, 599 Main North Road, 28 Bilston Drive, 9-11 Drake Boulevard, 130 Sharps Road and 1-3 Pope Court. Its tenants include retail, logistics, manufacturing, and other consumer and business services.
