In exchange for providing these reports, and in certain cases monetary compensation, it receives commercial advertising spots adjacent to traffic, news and information reports from its network of affiliates. These spots are bundled together by the Company and sold to advertisers on a national, regional or specific market basis. The Company's advertising spots are short in duration, and are read live on the air by radio and television personalities during peak audience hours.
