Inca Minerals Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in conducting exploration and evaluation work on existing and newly acquired tenements. The Company is a Peruvian and Western Australian focused exploration company, which focuses on finding, developing and/or demonstrating the potential of projects to others. Its projects include the Riqueza and Cerro Rayas zinc-silver-lead (Zn-Ag-Pb) projects. The Riqueza Project is located in Peru. The Riqueza property comprises the centrally located Nueva Santa Rita concession (1,000 hectares (ha)) and approximately four surrounding new concessions, including Antacocha (1,300 ha), Rita Maria (500 ha), Uchpanga (1,000 ha) and Picuy (800 ha). The Riqueza project hosts the Humaspuco prospect. The Cerro Rayas project is located approximately 15 kilometers (km) of northeast (NE) of Riqueza. The Cerro Rayas project hosts over three groups of old mine workings, including Wari, Torrepata and Vilapuqueo.
