Scidev Ltd Description
SciDev Ltd, formerly Intec Ltd, is engaged in the treatment of industrial waste, including the manufacture and supply of chemicals for the treatment of wastewater. Its principal activity is its ownership in Science Developments Pty Ltd (SciDev). SciDev develops, manufactures and supplies coagulants and flocculants for wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering. Its products are categorized into three groups: Aqueous cationic coagulants, Aqueous flocculent concentrates, and Polyacrylamide powders and emulsions. It operates under DairyFlox, MaxiFlox and OptiFlox brand names. DairyFlox is used in dairy processing business and MaxiFlox is used by industry participants for the treatment of wastewater streams. The OptiFlox system and associated coagulants is designed for turbid water flowing from a thickener in a coal handling and preparation plant. Its OptiFlox System enables coal productivity and OptiFlox Skid houses all instrumentations to provide measurements of particle characteristics.
