Its Kangaluwi Copper Project is covered by approximately 240 square kilometers mining license area ML 15547. The Company's Kangaluwi Copper Project consists of the Kangaluwi, Chisawa and Kalulu prospects. The Company's subsidiaries include Mwembeshi Resources (Bermuda) Limited, Mwembeshi Resources Limited, Zambezi Resources (Australia) Pty Ltd and Makoma Resources Limited.
