It has approximately 60 communities across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. It holds over 76,800 lots in its portfolio. Its Retirement Living segment designs, develops and manages communities for retirees. It has over 9,600 units in approximately 70 villages across over five states and the Australian Capital Territory.
