Tlou Energy Limited is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of assets in southern Africa to identify and develop Coalbed Methane (CBM) resources. The CBM tenements are located at Botswana. The Company's Lesedi CBM project has a certified contingent resource of approximately 3.3 trillion cubic feet (TCF). The Lesedi CBM project's prospecting licenses extend for approximately 8,500 square kilometers in the Karoo Kalahari Basin, southeastern Botswana. The Company holds over five prospecting licenses (PLs) in Mamba Area. These permits cover an area of approximately 4,500 square kilometers. The Company has not generated any revenues.
