Centrepoint Alliance Limited, formerly Alliance Finance Corporation Limited, is a financial services company. The Company is engaged in developing and supporting non-aligned brokers. It operates through two segments: Wealth and Lending. The Wealth segment provides Australian Financial Services License related services, investor directed portfolio services and investment management services to accountants and their clients. The Wealth segment also provides a range of financial advice and licensee support services, including licensing, systems, compliance, training and technical advice and investment solutions to financial advisors. It provides services to representatives under its Australian Financial Service Licenses. The Lending segment provides insurance premium funding and mortgage aggregation services to mortgage brokers. The Lending segment also provides solutions to small and medium sized enterprises and corporate clients to enable lending of their general insurance premiums.
