The Funds Management division manages third-party owned investment funds and syndicates. The Hotel, Tourism and Leisure division originates investment and fund management assets. Its investment portfolio includes Featherdale Wildlife Park and Ibis Styles Canberra Eaglehawk Hotel. The Real Estate division originates investment and fund management assets. Its investment portfolio comprises an investment in Auburn Central syndicate, Elanor Retail Property Fund and Limestone Street Centre syndicate. The Special Situations Investments division contains the John Cootes Furniture business and the property associated with John Cootes Furniture business at Merrylands, New South Wales.
