Flagship Investments Limited is an investment company. The principal activity of the Company is investing in securities listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The Company's investment objectives are to achieve medium to long-term capital growth and income through investing in a diversified portfolio of Australian companies; to preserve and enhance the net tangible assets (NTA) per share after allowing for inflation, and to provide Company shareholders with a fully franked dividend which, over time, will grow at a rate in excess of the rate of inflation.
