Horseshoe Metals Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in exploration and development, and evaluation of the Horseshoe Lights Project, and exploration of the Kumarina Project. The Company, through its subsidiary, Murchison Copper Mines Pty Ltd, holds interest in the Horseshoe Lights and Kumarina Projects located in the Peak Hill Mineral Field, north of Meekatharra in Western Australia. The Horseshoe Lights Project is located approximately 140 kilometers north of the town of Meekatharra in Western Australia. The Horseshoe Lights Project tenements cover a total of approximately 60 square kilometers in area. The Horseshoe Lights Project includes the closed Horseshoe Lights mine. The Kumarina Project consists of over two exploration licenses and a mining lease covering approximately 430 square kilometers. The Kumarina Project is located over 90 kilometers of sandfire resources NL's DeGrussa copper-gold mine, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
