The Trust has exposure to a portfolio of absolute return funds through a swap agreement with Macquarie Bank Limited (the Swap). The Trust's principal activities include asset realization. The Trust's portfolio includes various strategies, such as asset-based lending, credit-related investments, distressed securities, multi-strategy, cash and reserves, and other assets. Laxey Partners (UK) Ltd (Laxey) is the investment manager of the Trust. The responsible entity of the Trust is The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited.
