Metro Mining Limited is an exploration and mining company. The Company is engaged in exploration of coal and bauxite. The Company is focused on the Bauxite Hills Project, which is located approximately 95 Kilometers north of Weipa on Western Cape York, where the Company controls approximately 1,300 square kilometers of exploration tenements. It also has approximately 4.5 billion tone thermal coal resource in Queensland's Surat Basin. The Company is also engaged in projects, including Columboola Project and Bundi Project. The Company's Mahar San project is located in the Sagaing region of northern Myanmar, approximately 220 kilometers northwest of Mandalay. The project consists of over four concessions, including approximately three small mining concessions for copper of 16 to 20 hectares, and copper exploration concessions covering approximately 7.5 square kilometers.
