MMA Offshore Limited is a marine service provider. The Company is engaged in the provision of marine logistics and supply of base services to the offshore oil and gas industry. Its segments include Vessels, Supply Base and Slipway. It owns and operates over 50 vessels throughout Australia and internationally. It undertakes a range of offshore marine activities, such as supply operations-drilling and production; construction support; survey support; subsea installation support, and tug and barge operations. It holds interest in Broome Supply Base, which offers open laydown and undercover storage, offices, casing storage and wash down facilities. Its Dampier Slipway provides services, such as routine and emergency dockings, mobilizations and a range of marine repairs and maintenance services to third party operators. Its Dampier Supply Base is capable of servicing a range of vessels engaged in offshore support activities. It operates approximately two international onshore facilities.
