Po Valley Energy Limited is an oil and gas exploration and development company with a portfolio of hydrocarbon assets in northern Italy. The Company's principal activities are the exploration for gas and oil in the Po Valley region in Italy; appraisal and development of gas and oil fields, and production and sale of gas from its production wells. It operates through two segments: Exploration, and Development and Production. The Company's operations are located in the north of Italy, in the Lombardy and Emilia Romagna regions. Its core portfolio includes a total of approximately 10 onshore assets and an offshore license. The Company owns and operates over two gas treatment plants. Its projects include Sillaro, Castello/Bezzecca, Sant'Alberto, La Prospera (Gradizza), AR94PY (Teodorico) and P.Gallina (Selva). The Sillaro field is located in the province of Bologna. Sant'Alberto is located north of Bologna. The La Prospera license is located in the Ferrara province north of Bologna.
