    Aspen Group Limited is an Australia-based company focused on the accommodation sector. The Company's segments include Residential/short stay, Resources, Non-core and Other. The Residential/short stay segment includes operations relating to over two manufactured housing estates and over two mixed-use accommodation parks. These properties cater to permanent and short stay residents. In addition, the Residential/short stay segment includes the Company's investment in, and funds management of Aspen Parks Property Fund (APPF). The Resources segment includes operations relating to the Company's resource accommodation park, being Aspen Karratha Village (AKV). The property primarily caters to a corporate resource client. The Company's property, AKV, is 180-room accommodation facility in Karratha, Western Australia. Its Four Lanterns Estate is located within the Leppington Town Centre. Mandurah Gardens Estate is located in Mandurah, South of Perth, Western Australia.
