Bubs Australia Limited, formerly Hillcrest Litigation Services Limited, is engaged in the business of production and sale of infant milk formula and organic infant food in the infant food category. The Company produces organic infant food products under the BUBS brand. Its products include first and second stage fruit and vegetable purees, protein meals, cereals and healthy toddler snacks. The recipes are based on organic ingredients, such as blueberries, banana and pumpkin, with a menu, including grains, such as quinoa and amaranth. It also produces BUBS ADVANCED PLUS+ Goat Milk formula, which is made in Australia and is available in over three stages from infant to toddler. It blends goat whey protein with a daily intake of essential fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids and prebiotics. Its products are sold across Australia in various retail outlets, including supermarkets, organic and health food stores. Its products are also sold in Chinese cross-border e-commerce platforms.
