It holds interests in the Perrinvale project covering 381 km2 of the Panhandle and Illaara Greenstone Belts; and an option to earn interests in the Sandiman tenement covering 202 km2 on the eastern edge of the Carnarvon Basin located in Western Australia. The company was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Sydney, Australia.
