Clean Seas Seafood Limited, formerly Clean Seas Tuna Limited, is an Australia-based commercial producer of kingfish. The Company is engaged in the propagation of Hiramasa Yellowtail Kingfish, producing fingerlings for sale and growout; growout of Hiramasa Yellowtail Kingfish for harvest and sale, and research and development activities for the future aquaculture production of Southern BluefinTuna (SBT). The Company operates through two segments: Finfish Sales and Tuna Operations. The Finfish Sales segment is engaged in the propagation, growout and sale of Yellowtail Kingfish. The Finfish Sales segment also includes Mulloway and wild caught Tuna. The Tuna Operations segment is engaged in research and development activities to produce juveniles of SBT. Based in Port Lincoln, South Australia, the Company operates from approximately two main locations. Its hatchery is located at Arno Bay, and its sea farm operations are located in the Spencer Gulf, Port Lincoln and at Arno Bay.
