The Company's objective in managing capital is to continue to provide shareholders with dividends and capital appreciation over the longer term within acceptable levels of risk. The Company invests in cash management units with the MF Cash Management Fund and cash deposits with Australian banks, with a direct or underlying AA-credit rating assigned by Standard & Poor's. The Company invests in Australian equities operating in a range of sectors, including banks, building materials, energy, healthcare, infrastructure and utilities, insurance, mining, mining service, other financials, property, retailers, transportation and telecommunications services.
