The Company is engaged in the provision of skydiving experiences to the public through its various offerings, such as tandem skydiving, night tandem skydiving, learn to skydive courses and skydive skill development camps. The Company operates through two segments: Australia and New Zealand. The Company operates approximately 10 drop zones in Australia and over two in New Zealand. In Australia, the skydiving drop zones are across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, while the two New Zealand skydiving drop zones are located in Queenstown and Glenorchy. Its subsidiaries include Aircraft Maintenance Centre Pty Ltd, Australia Skydive Pty Ltd, B & B No 2 Pty Ltd, Skydive Holdings Pty Ltd, Skydive the Beach and Beyond Airlie Beach Pty Ltd, Skydive the Beach and Beyond BB Pty Ltd, and Skydive the Beach and Beyond Central Coast Pty Ltd.
