Ingenia Communities Group owns, manages and develops a portfolio of retirement and lifestyle communities across Australia. The Company invests in rental properties located in Australia with three segments: Ingenia Garden Villages, Ingenia Settlers and Ingenia Lifestyle & Holidays. The Ingenia Garden Villages segment comprises 31 rental communities located across the eastern seaboard and Western Australia. The Ingenia Settlers segment includes eight deferred management fee communities, which are located in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. The Ingenia Lifestyle & Holidays segment includes 27 lifestyle communities comprising permanent and tourism accommodation, and the development and sale of manufactured homes. Its properties include Lakeside, Ravenswood, Western Australia (WA); Meadow Springs, Mandurah, WA; Brooklyn, Brookfield, Victoria (VIC); Horsham, Horsham, VIC; Carey Park, Bunbury, WA; The Grange, Morisset, New South Wales (NSW), and Albury, Lavington, NSW.
