Red Mountain Mining Limited is engaged in mining and exploration in Philippines. The Company is a gold explorer and project acquisition and development company. The Company is focused on high grade gold and polymetallic discovery and development. The Company holds over 100% direct and indirect contractual right interest in the Batangas Project tenements. The Company's Batangas Gold Project is located approximately 120 kilometers south of Manila on the northern Philippines island of Luzon. The Batangas Gold Project tenements cover an area of over 270 square kilometers and include approximately two key gold Mineral Resource areas located at the Lobo and Archangel Prospects, and copper-gold exploration areas with prospects, such as el paso, calo and biga, on granted exploration permits (EPs). The Batangas Gold Project includes over eight EPs, which include gold, silver and porphyry related copper-gold targets. At the Lobo Prospect, gold and copper-silver mineralization occurs.
