The Company's segment is distribution of electronic goods to retailers in the Australian market. The Company's audio products include sound systems, potable digital/analog audio, iPod/iPhone docking systems and clock radios. The Company's visual products are light-emitting diode (LED) flat panel televisions, television combo with built in digital versatile disc (DVD) players, ultra-high-definition (UHD) Smart television, set up boxes and DVD players. The Company's TEAC products are distributed through retailers, including Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi, Good Guys, Betta Home Living Stores and other state-based retailers. The Company's subsidiary includes TEAC Australia Pty Ltd.
