Vicinity Centres RE Ltd, formerly Federation Centres Limited, is a real estate investment trust (REIT), which focuses on owning, managing and developing Australian assets across the retail range. The Company's principal activities are property investment, property management, property development, leasing and funds management. The Company's segments include Property Investment and Strategic Partnerships. The Property Investment segment consists of net property income derived from investment in retail property. The Strategic Partnerships segment consists of fee income from property management, development, leasing and management of wholesale property funds. The Company's portfolio consists of approximately 90 retail assets that it owns and manages. The Company's portfolio of properties includes Bankstown Central, Bayside Shopping Centre, Chatswood Chase Sydney, Galleria, Northland Shopping Centre, Roselands, The Glen and Chadstone Shopping Centre.
