    Xstate Resources Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration in the United States. The Company operates through oil and gas exploration and evaluation segment. The Company has working interest (WI) in Alvares Prospect, Dempsey Prospect, California AMI Prospects, Rancho-Capay Gas Field and Los Medanos Gas Field, all of which are located in Sacramento Basin onshore Northern California. In addition, the Company holds leases covering oil prospects in the Santa Maria basin. The Company also has an interest in King Brown gold tenement. The Dempsey Prospect's proposed drilling depth is approximately 3,200 meters. The Company's subsidiaries include Bombora Energy Pty Ltd and Calog LLC, which are engaged in oil and gas exploration.
