The Company's segments include Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), which is engaged in the manufacture, sale and marketing of wine within Australia and New Zealand, and distribution of beer and cider under license in New Zealand; Americas, which is engaged in the manufacture, sale and marketing of wine within the Americas region; Asia, which is engaged in the sale and marketing of wine within the Asia (including the Middle East and Africa), and Europe, which is engaged in the manufacture, sale and marketing of wine within Europe and Latin America. It is also engaged in the sale of branded wines, principally as a finished, bottle product.
