The USA segment manufactures aluminum defense vessels for the United States Navy, and provides training and on-going support and maintenance of these vessels for the United States Navy. The Philippines segment manufactures aluminum commercial vessels for global markets, excluding the United States. The Philippines segment also provides support to other segments. The Company is a shipbuilder, defense prime contractor and maritime technology partner engaged in designing, constructing and supporting revolutionary defense and commercial vessels.
