Environmental Clean Technologies Ltd. is engaged in the business of commercializing energy and resource technologies. The Company's principal activities are investment, research, development and commercialization of environmentally cleaner technologies and processes capable of reducing carbon emissions and environmental damage in the energy and resource sectors. Its activities include development of a large-scale demonstration project for the Coldry Process; advancement of the Matmor Process toward pilot scale, and managing the development of, and extracting value from, its intellectual property. The Company is focused on advancing a portfolio of technologies: Coldry and MATMOR. The Coldry beneficiation process produces a black coal equivalent (BCE) in the form of pellets, when applied to lignite and some sub-bituminous coals. The MATMOR is a production technology, which enables the use of cheaper feedstock to produce primary iron.
