Empire Energy Group Limited is engaged in the acquisition, development, production, exploration and sale of oil and natural gas in the United States. The Company's segments include Oil and Gas operations, Investments, and Other. Its Oil and Gas operations segment includes all oil and gas operations in the United States. Its Investments segment includes all investments in listed and unlisted entities, including the investment in Empire Energy Group USA. The Company manages the oil and gas production operations through its subsidiary, Empire Energy E&P, LLC (Empire E&P). The Company sells its oil and gas products to owners of domestic pipelines and refiners located in Pennsylvania, New York and Kansas. The Company holds two exploration licenses and five license applications over 14.6 million acres in McArthur Basin, in the Northern Territory. The exploration program in the McArthur Basin, Northern Territory, is operated through its subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas Pty Ltd.
