Katana Capital Limited is an Australia-based investment company. The Company's investment objective is to achieve a pre-tax and pre-expense return, which outperforms the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) All Ordinaries Index, and the preservation of capital invested. The Company is engaged in investing in equity securities, debt instruments and related derivatives. It invests in listed securities; listed securities for the purpose of short selling, and warrants or options to purchase any investment and warrants or options to sell any investment. It has rights to subscribe for or convert to listed securities. Its portfolio may comprises securities in up to 80% companies from time to time, in which no investment may represent over 10% of the issued securities of a company at the time of investment. The Company's subsidiary is Kapital Investments (WA) Pty Ltd. Katana Asset Management Limited is the manager of the Fund.
