    Crestal Petroleum Limited, formerly Tellus Resources Limited (TLU), is an Australia-based oil, gas and mineral exploration company. The Company’s operating segments include South Australian projects, Eastern Australian projects and Utah, United States projects. The Company’s projects include the Covenant Mondo Joint Venture (CMJV), which consists of two leases with a total area of approximately 3,900 acres held over private lands; The Cooper and Eromanga Basins, which are large intracratonic sedimentary basins hosting numerous gas and oil fields; Chillagoe Gold Project, consists of one granted Exploration Permit Minerals, four applications for Exploration Permit Minerals and four granted Mining Leases, New South Wales Holdings and Madagascar project.
