The Company’s objective is to provide investors a total return consisting of capital appreciation and dividend income. The Company seeks to invest 90 to 100% of portfolio in global listed real estate securities and 0 to 10% of portfolio invested in real estate investment such as ETF’s. The Company holds up to 15% in cash. The Company will weight 30% of its equity investment to Australian REIT s and the balance to global listed real estate companies, providing global exposure with core domestic underpinning.
