The Company's wholesale division includes the Sydney, London and Hong Kong Institutional desks, and its Melbourne and Sydney equity capital market (ECM) desks. The Company has offices in Australia, London and Hong Kong. Bell Financial has a holding in Third Party Platform Pty Ltd (Bell Direct). Bell Direct offers online share trading through a trading platform and Website. The Company's subsidiaries include Bell Potter Financial Planning Limited and Bell Potter Capital Limited.
