Carbine Resources Limited is an Australia-based resource company. The Company's principal activity is the development of the Mount Morgan Gold & Copper Project in Queensland. The Company operates through Australia segment. The Australian segment incorporates the Company's mineral exploration and evaluation in Australia. The Mount Morgan Mine is located on the outskirts of the town of Mount Morgan on the central Queensland coast. The Mount Morgan site is situated over 40 kilometers south west of Rockhampton. The Mount Morgan Mine has over 30 mining leases covering an area of approximately 677.5 hectares. The Company's Many Peaks Copper deposit is located approximately 125 kilometers south of Gladstone. The Mount Morgan Mine has a mineral resource of approximately 8.4 million tons at over 1.23 gram/ton gold and approximately 0.15 percent copper for over 329,000 ounces of gold and approximately 12,300 tons of copper. Its subsidiary is Raging Bull Mining Pty Ltd.
