The Company's Queensland coal tenements are situated approximately 30 kilometers north of Warwick within the Darling Downs region of south Queensland. The Company's Western Australia tenements are located approximately 160 kilometers east of Derby and 100 kilometers west of Fitzroy Crossing in Western Australia. The Company's Western Australia tenements are situated at the north eastern margin of the Canning Basin within Phanerozoic marine and continental sedimentary rocks adjacent to the Proterozoic granite, gneiss and metasedimentary rocks of the King Leopold Mobile Zone.
